Londonderry’s municipal playground sits among the LAFA fields and tennis courts. The town’s playground challenge lists Nelson Road; local guides also describe access via Sargent Road.
Use the LAFA complex location rather than Town Hall. Local reports disagree about fencing: do not assume a fully enclosed or gated space. Confirm restroom availability with Recreation.

Field of Dreams explicitly describes a toddler area and older-child play areas. Griffin Park lists a tot lot. Check the age labels on each structure when you arrive.
Griffin Park has a documented inclusive play area. “Inclusive” does not establish that every feature meets your needs: ask about parking-to-play routes, surfacing, transfer points and accessible restrooms.
Consider Kids Kove for brookside paths, Livingston Park for a pond-side outing, or Field of Dreams for picnic areas and trails. These paths have not been checked for stroller accessibility.
Do not assume an indoor bathroom, drinking water, complete fencing or a staffed concession stand. Bring water and sun protection, follow posted parking signs, and check splash-pad and pool schedules separately from playground access. Sports games and community events can affect parking.
School grounds are not included as unrestricted public playgrounds because after-school and weekend access was not verified. Confirm permission with the school before visiting. Psaledas / Continental Park offers fields and trails, but the reviewed town page does not document a playground, so it is not counted as one here.
