When only a month or year is verified, that is all we publish. **Coming soon** The company has announced a future local location. Planned timing is labeled as a target, with unknown addresses, dates and hours stated clearly. **Proposed** Official planning evidence exists, but approval, construction and opening details may still change. **Curated, not exhaustive** Openings and new locations since 2025, across nine communities. Londonderry comes first; the guide is curated rather than a complete inventory. **Looking for more choices right now?** Browse [sit-down restaurants](https://londonderrylocal.com/sit-down/), [fast-casual dining](https://londonderrylocal.com/fast-casual/), or [breakfast places near Londonderry](https://londonderrylocal.com/breakfast/). ### Frequently asked questions ### What is the newest verified restaurant in Londonderry? Giabella’s Cucina Italiana is the recent verified Londonderry opening in this guide. Its official announcement is dated August 13, 2025. ### Is a restaurant definitely opening at Mack’s Apples? No opening is confirmed. A Town of Londonderry memo documents a restaurant site-plan proposal, but it also identifies work still required and gives no opening date. ### Why are some rumored restaurants missing? We hold a candidate when we cannot verify the active business and exact claims through an official site or authoritative public record. A search result, social rumor or planning concept by itself is not enough for an operating-business listing. ### How this guide was researched Researched October 1, 2026. This edition covers openings and new locations since 2025 in Londonderry, Derry, Windham, Litchfield, Hudson, Merrimack, Bedford, Manchester and Salem. Official business, ordering or venue pages were opened to check identity, location and current food service. Opening labels rely on dated company announcements, town records, chamber communications or established local reporting. Relocations and new branches are labeled separately from new businesses. Some sources establish only that a restaurant was open by a date; those entries do not invent an opening day. NH Doughnut Co. and Mac Daddies are announced future locations: their official company websites verify the active brands and food focus, and their own Facebook announcements support the local plans. Those announcements were opened on October 1, 2026. NH Doughnut Co. targets early 2027 without an address or exact date; Mac Daddies names 3 East Broadway without an opening date. The address ZIP code is corroborated by the current venue’s official website. The Mack’s Apples entry remains a planning-stage proposal, not a confirmed opening. This is a curated resource, not a ranking, endorsement or exhaustive inventory. Unverified rumors, ratings, price bands and review summaries are omitted.
